We want you to be ecstatic with your new knob, but we understand that sometimes that isn’t possible. Our return policy is simple; for knobs that are purchased from our Available stock, we will provide a full refund, less shipping charges, if the knob is returned in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. For a Made-to-order knob, we will refund 75% of the purchase price if the knob is able to be included as Available stock. If a knob has custom features that would prevent it from resale (such as a monogram inlay), we may not be able to offer a partial refund.
